Every document you'll need as a tenant of our building can be found below. Please direct general tenant questions to amanda.olson@cushwake.com. Please reach out to this email to set up an account to create maintenance requests.

Announcements

  • Flex parking packages are available through Interstate Parking for daily/monthly parking. Click here to purchase your flex pass.
  • As tenants begin to repopulate their offices at DGB, remember to keep personal belongings out of sight. Be aware of your surroundings and please call 911 if you see suspicious activity.
  • Reminder: JBM Patrol conducts periodic vehicle drive-by inspections of the building exterior and walks the interior of the building nightly to ensure tenant safety after hours.
  • Complimentary Popcorn is available every other week on Tuesdays, from 2-3PM

Renovations Phase II

Renovations should be 99% complete the first week in December!

  • All updated restrooms are open
  • Common Area corridor upgrades are complete
  • Spec Suite 500 Complete
  • Build-out of Suite 100
  • Add walk-out off of Suite 100
  • Build patio outside of Suite 100
  • Complete transition from steam heat to hydronic heat
  • Removal of all radiators
  • Infill of all floor/wall penetrations
  • New exterior signage installation
  • Bike Room renovation complete
